Fed Up Food's Maple Ginger Pickled Beet is great as a topping for a salad, on a sandwich, or as a replacement in any recipe that calls for a pickled beet. We use local, organic, Wisconsin beets in this recipe and showcase the sweet side of the red beet, with a zip of ginger and sweet kiss of Wisconsin maple syrup from Tapped.
